Lactation Consultation

“Here to support YOUR goals, we will work collaboratively to ensure that you and your baby are healthy as we navigate the options of breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and all the gray area in between.

I come with rich experience supporting families of many different parenting styles and circumstances. No matter what your feeding goals are…

I’m here to help.”

~ Michelle Hudasko

What makes Michelle's approach to infant feeding unique is that she utilizes her experience as a perinatal psychotherapist and former postpartum doula to best support families who are struggling to balance considerations for their infant's health as well as their own physical and mental health when making feeding choices. Michelle believes that breastfeeding isn't an all or nothing decision and specializes in supporting families who are combination feeding (breastmilk and formula) by choice or chance. Michelle has helped many families heal from stressful infant feeding experiences and find confidence in their parenting choices by offering a judgement free zone and a safe space to process challenges and develop feeding plans unique to each baby and family.

When it comes to caring for and feeding your baby, there is no 'BEST'... what works for one family may not work for another. Each family's circumstances and choices will vary based on their experiences.
